Going on my holidays ….with The Mister ….for a week

As you know The Mister works away Monday to Friday, and at the moment I am still off work because of my pesky arm. He is working by the sea at the moment and said if I wanted to go with him next week he would get somewhere nice for us to stay,
Well, I think after the week I have had,,,,,I haven’t posted about it all …I think I need a break. So he is booking somewhere for us for next week.
It will mean packing at the weekend and getting up early on Monday but at least we will have the evenings together during the week which we don’t get now.
Also I know that he will arrange to finish work early so that we can spend time together.
I am really looking forward to it.
Does your partner surprise you with meals out or holidays etc ?

I hope you guys have a good time even if you won't get to see him during the daytime. I hope the weather is nice and you can enjoy yourself exploring along the beach while you're there.

I’m sure he will finish early. He is used to cooking for himself now ….he has an air fryer that I got with my receipt app vouchers from Amazon, so he may even cook for me.
Spending time at the beach is what I’m looking forward to during the day .

That sounds lovely. My hubby was always willing to go out to eat whenever I wanted to. I hope you have a marvelous time.

We do eat out a lot anyway ….more than we should, as my waistline will prove ! However because we only get weekends he doesn’t want a lot of that time spent shopping, preparing, cooking and washing up.
I’m looking forward to next week though.

He's not really a spontaneous kind of guy and he doesn't travel well, but he takes excellent care of me and does everything for me.
