Last weekend I went to an orchard apple picking.
This is a great time of the year for that.
My husband has been eating an apple every day, the variety that I got for him are huge, about the size of a grapefruit.
I, on the other hand, have slightly smaller apples, and have been enjoying 2 apples a day. Some days I cannot finish the second apple, but since I slice them, I can put them into the refrigerator to eat the following day.
They are just THE juiciest apples that I have ever had. He told me the same thing.
We have not had rain here in about 3 weeks, and are in a drought, and unless the irrigate the apple orchard, droughts are good for these apples.

I love apples but they're seasonal. They can see them in abundance during Christmas season for they are imported from States, Japan.

It may sound strange but I am not fond of apples but I did take a bite off an apple on a tree when we were on holiday in Kashmir years ago,

Just now
When I was younger, I ate apples but my tastes have changed the older I've gotten. I still will eat a slice of apple once in a while if Pretty offers one when she's eating an apple but I'm just not interested in them. There is some frozen apple juice in the freezer but it's been there for eight or more years.
On the rare occasion that we come across a bag of dried apple slices, I'll eat a few of those and Pretty polishes off the bag.
