When I heard a man was murdered that had a young wife of four years and two small children I was saddened by the fact that someone had been killed. That is sad, immoral and illegal as well. I heard that the mans name was Charlie Kirk. I don't have cable or any form of live TV. I can't afford it. But it was sad! I hear people saying that the murder was caused and the fault of the Democratic party because the killer is a registered Democrat. That doesn't make any sense! The church that I am a member of and used to attend regularly (until we moved) is of Christian denomination. I was not there when this happened, but another member of the Christian church came in with a gun and fired shots shooting a Pastor. I have heard several times via news that a man killed his family then himself. because he was depressed for losing his job. Therefore if a man is registered as a Democratic supporter is automatically guilty then the man that is a member of a Christian is automatically guilty as well as a man that has ever lost his job is automatically guilty! This is also sad! However I can understand that if a black person is killed in a neighborhood where a person is a member of a racist group such as KKK it would make sense that this person would be "suspected" of the murder. If they are automatically accusing a Democrat then if a gay person is killed then maybe they should investigate Republican followers. Go figure! In my opinion no one should be blamed for something automatically just because they vote whatever way, live in a certain neighborhood, city or state. Or based on their religion, lost a job (unless by their own fault), prefers certain music, their favorite color and so on. Only by their own personal history!

The reality is that this man disagreed with Charlie Kirk's message. He WAS a Democrat. Did that fuel his hate, or was that the only reason he killed Charlie Kirk? No. But the espousings of the Democrat party ARE and WERE to do with his IDEOLOGY, and so is it a thing to consider or look at or even mention? YES! It has come out that not only was Charlie Kirk's killer a Democrat, he was a gay man living with another man transitioning (or wanting to) into a woman. Put all this together and you can at least walk away knowing something was not right in this kid's head. I won't blame the Democrat party for what he did. He acted of his own accord. But at the same time, I also have to listen to the message the Democrats send on a daily basis and it is definitely a factor. It's a party of hate that advocates for violence, and so when it happens, you can't just ignore it.

I don't believe in the party's. I believe in the individual person. It doesn't matter what anyone said that jerk killer needs to have a mind of his own. Through my 64 years I have had many people tell me this or that, but I choose my own way to believe. , think or do! I have never heard a republican, democrat say anything about if a person does not believe the way you do or agree with the way a group does that person should be killed!

@porwest If that individual listens to people that's fine, but they need to form it correctly in their own minds. I mean really if someone told me that I should kill someone I would laugh in their face. I highly doubt that anyone in the public view such as a person in a political party is going to tell someone that they should kill someone.

@dfollin At the end of the day it IS about the individual. But again, you have to both listen to and understand the NATURE of how a message is presented. As I said before, the left fuels the fire with severe hatred and vitriol. They make jokes in monologues about people dying in horrible ways. They pound fists and say, "There will be hell to pay." Maxine Waters very publicly told her constituents to harass conservatives in restaurants and "don't let them eat in peace." When they are out there calling people homophobes and racists and fascists and misogynists and Nazis, some people take those accusations literally, and they make irrational decisions as a result of that. Like you said, it's fine to disagree with someone. But to mischaracterize them, or berate them, or present your opposition as the devil incarnate goes to some people's heads in dangerous ways, and I think quietly, in the back halls of the Democrat caucus, that's exactly what they want people to do. Overreact and lash out in terrible ways, because fear is just another way to hold power over opposing viewpoints to try to send them to the back of the room and shout a little quieter.

I think that the human element really takes away from good police work. They don't see things objectively. Just because someone is a Republican or a Democrat doesn't make them guilty. Bad guys on both sides. It's a huge world of both good and bad. A person is only guilty if he is the one who pulled the trigger. Hehe
