Good morning.
I didn't want to jinx myself, but we're going on our first staycation since the stroke. I'm doing the last minute packing now. George appears to be loking forward to it, even if we're taking tube stuff. He asked for his toothbrush and toothpaste, so maybe he'll want to try to brush his teeth. He seems suddenly interested in grooming. I'll give him that.
Humanna, loves to hurass us, trying to tell George stuff we already know. I'll call them back, eventually. But, I want to enjoy getting away from the house for just a little bit. Tomorrow night is the fireworks for the last time this season, and we'll have a front row seat.

Well, when your entire life is "at home", then a staycation can be staying somewhere else, for a few days and enjoying things you wouldn't otherwise be able to enjoy.

@kaylachan That's still a VAcation. Vacating means you are going away. Staying means you are...
Staying. I am not going to let you off on this one. But have a great time anyway.
