Roast beef for Sunday lunch.

Yay….today being Sunday means it’s roast dinner day.
Today we had roast beef, roast potatoes, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, Yorkshire pudding, gravy and mustard.
For pudding Mom had made an apple and blackberry crumble, using the apples from our tree and the blackberries I had picked in the Summer.
The Mister had pears and carnation cream ….evaporated milk. He doesn’t like crumble.

That sounds like yummy filling Sunday lunch. Apples and blackberry coming from own garden would major the crumble taste even better.

I agree it makes it taste better …..also a fairly cheap pudding as we only had to make the crumble topping and we had all the ingredients for that anyway.
