It is way too early right now. It's almost three in the morning but we've been up since 1:30. Hubby had to be at the shop early this morning because they're headed out farther today. I told him that he loves this job remember. With that though, I don't go back to sleep so my head starts with everything....literally everything that needs to be done or that we need money to do. It's so much fun. This morning I do believe we're going up to see dad. As of yesterday we're still stable. We've been putting him on the c-pap option in the morning so he's breathing on his own. He does well with the breathing but then he gets agitated and he can't be left on it so he goes back on the vent. Today he's supposed to get a trach put in and I'm really hoping that it helps. I think that the tube down his throat is an issue and that's why he gets agitated so if it's actually in his throat and not going through his mouth, maybe we'll be ok. I'm hoping anyway. Gram is now on some good pain meds and is on hospice. She's taking everything in stride and we're making progress on her house. All of her VHS are now out of the house. We've been trying to get rid of them for years. Now if I could just go through her pantry items that would be great. We'll get there though, the thing right now is that the meds are working and she's doing a little better. It won't stop everything forever but it'll give her some time. As of yesterday, I completed the classes to be a CPR instructor. I'm super excited about this and can't wait to turn in the paperwork. I assisted with one and I led one. Now I just need to get the paperwork turned in and I'll be set. That leaves doing the caretaker certification that I want. I need the money for that though and that might not be until next year. Though by next year I may not need it like that. I wanted it because of Chris's grandmother and then because I was going to be helping with dad. Now I'm not so sure. The shop is doing well, I'm pushing sales as much as I can right now as we need to relieve some of this debt that we have faster than what the consolidation place is doing. I would also like to actually expand it as well. I have new fall and halloween shirts up and I'm really pushing the blankets and specialty shirts. I'm thinking about making some Halloween lip gloss but I need to sell the ones I have first. The fire department is having our 50th anniversary next Saturday and we've been getting ready for that. We helped clean the main a bit on Saturday and we're going to wash our engine this week. That also means that Friday is my birthday. I'm not really in the celebrating mood but I think my husband has plans. We'll see though. Oh the books are all picked up off the floor. It's amazing what happens when you clean lol. I just need to vacuum now. I haven't been reading but I'll start again. The problem with always being on the go is you forget how to relax at night. I'll get there again at some point.
