Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 73 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. Oh well at least it isn't raining. I had the top down!
I am back from work (and the world of caramel apples) and back at the apartment with the cat crew. I have 2 hours of forensic science tutoring. The teacher just wants me to have her do makeup work that is posted on her Google Classroom so I'm not sure why they even need me to do this except for the whole "legal" aspect of her getting instruction time.
I don't have to deal with making dinner tonight because I have leftovers in the fridge. Sweet. Also fewer dishes for me to have to HAND WASH BECAUSE FREAKING MAINTENANCE STILL HASN'T FIXED THE DISHWASHER.

Do you have a corporate office for your apartment complex? If you do, call them! They may not even know how bad the maintenance is.
Also, call the regular office or drop off a note or an email...tell them you leased an apartment with a dishwasher. It hasn't worked in a month, and you will be happy to pay your rent WHEN it's fixed or replaced. I remember you said they ordered parts. Are they coming on a slow boat, or maybe by our screwy postal service? Enough already, this isn't acceptable.

Okay, your maintenance people are worse than mine (besides my water heater situation). I remember when my dishwasher broke, and they definitely got me a new one faster than it’s taken them to look at yours. That’s really pathetic (not that I have to tell you that).

No plans for today. Friday I have an appointment with a dental specialist. I am hoping they can redo my root canal.
