George and I got home around noon. We would've stayed a little longer, hung out by the pool for one final time, but weather was not on our side. Tropical storms, wind and rain prevented much.
Turns out we need to replace a coil in our air conditioner, and the tech I called was able to put a band-aid on so we have ac for a little while. Apparently there's a leak in one of the coils, which is why it did what it did. It broke before we left, but we had it looked at today when we got back. Warenty is a thing, thank god. Didn't cost us a dime.

I am sorry you had bad weather, but I imagine it was very nice just to get away from the house for a few days and just enjoy the time there.

Yeah. They closed the pool for a few hours while we were there once, George got upset about that, but it worked out.

I would love a weekend like that. I can sit out on the beach for a long time and just enjoy being there.

@MarieCoyle I found it funny, we managed to spend the day at the pool, and still somehow managed to get three shakes down his tube.
