Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 52 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 81. It will be nice to get the windows open again.
Today is Saturday so it is a day off. 
No big plans for the day. I have dishes to wash and kitchen projects to get going on. I want to make Smitten Kitchen's Invisible Apple Cake and some soft pretzels. I also need to find a sourdough discard recipe to use up some of it.

We have been about 90-92 all week. I want to turn my AC off, but son gets way too hot...I want FALL temperatures!
