Chicken Kiev for supper.

Just had a lovely supper ….cooked by The Mister… We had chicken Kiev, chips, peas and onion rings. We have ice cream for pudding, but we will have to wait a little while before we have room for that. What are you having for your main meal this evening ?

I'll eat the last turkey/vegan cheese sandwich and probably a fruit cup. Tomorrow I'll have to dig around for a frozen meal.

Chicken Kiev is my sister’s absolutely favorite dish there is. Every year on my sister’s birthday my late mom would fix her Chicken Kiev for dinner.

I have heard of chicken kiev but don't really know what it is. Can you elaborate?
