I Got The Bug.

Well, not that bug.
But I suddenly felt really off yesterday (Sunday), a couple of hours after waking up, I started sneezing. It never ends; now I've got a cold and a bit of a fever. I thought sleeping might help, but it didn't, although I still tried to rest yesterday. But weekends are busy now, so rest-work-rest-work I do.
Now my head feels light and I am sleepy. A full-blown body ache.
According to the weather forecast, the chance of rain today is slim or maybe late in the afternoon, which is why I loaded the laundry. I still have another load of laundry but I think it has to wait for a day or two.
how is your weather?
did you do your laundry?

Our weather is ideal for your particular condition. If you are exposed to it, you will most likely contract the bug and become infected with it.
I believe the most common thing to do is to drink plenty of fluids and probably take vitamins to supplement your diet and keep your immune systems working properly. In addition, fever and cold medications may be appropriate and useful if conditions worsen.
