The sleepiness now is gone.
But I still feel lazy, though. I don't feel like doing anything but just being here and taking it easy. The clothes are already hung to dry, but my body aches like crazy. It’s normal for me to catch a cold because of my rhinitis, but body aches and pains like this from the flu aren’t common for me.
When was the last time you got the flu?

I’ve had the flu a couple of times in my life, and it made me feel like I was dying. I’ve had covid and that wasn’t anywhere near as bad. It’s been a few years since I last had it, and I take the annual flu jab now, to try and prevent catching it.

I think I've had it once maybe twice in my fourty-two years on this Earth.

I think its the weather we’re in right now that causes that. It can be sunny and bright in the morning then transition into dark gloomy and rainy in the afternoon and nights. Our aging body does get confused by this making us feel like we’re not in good shape.
