Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 57 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. There is a fog advisory for this morning. That should make the parkway fun. I have work today as usual. We are starting one of the more difficult topics. I always warn the students that it isn't particularly tricky but there is just a lot of content and they need to regularly review. They never believe me. It is a good time. After work I have 2 hours of homebound tutoring. That's an extra $90 earned today. Fine. It is groceries. I need to get some meal prep done when I'm finished with that. I want to make apple pie yogurt parfaits for the rest of the week. Today's breakfast will be cottage cheese. Oh well. At least it is protein. What's everyone else up to today?
