Piglet jumps off a truck on a highway in Iowa finds a new home

A piglet that jumped off of a moving truck on Highway 100 in Cedar Rapis Iowa on Tuesday September 30 is grateful to be alive since animal rescuers from the Cedar Rapids Animal Care and Control (CRACC) were able to rescue the small animal.
The piglet who is named Peppa after the cartoon character is on the way to find a new home with the Iowa Farm Sanctuary.
The CRACC officials are saying that Peppa only suffered bruises from the fall from the truck.
Hopefully Peppa will find a new home soon and live a wonderful life in a new home.

He reminds me of the pig named Wilbur in the classic book "Charlotte's Web". It was a favorite book of mine as a kid. Have you heard of it?

Peppa wamted to visit the other two pigs from the Three Little Pigs, I would not mind having Peppa but she will grow big,
