Today is my kidney CT scan. I think they ordered it because of my kidney stones.
Cousin #3 called and she is coming over after work today (10/8).
Breakfast - Protein bar
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Ham, mashed potatoes, peas, applesauce, 70% dark chocolate
Dessert/Snack - Lemon blueberry muffin
Dinner - Turkey/vegan cheese sandwich, non-dairy yogurt, tortilla chips

@porwest I saw that they now have a home unit. It's made to filter your blood while you sleep. I would rather do that than go to a center how ever many times a month.

@LindaOHio That's a good thing. I used to do pest control for a DaVita Dialysis Center, and no one there looked like they were having a particularly good time.

@LindaOHio Hanging in there. I've had several events on weekends and now getting ready to go visit brother and sister in law in New Jersey. So I'm taxed for time to get online.

How did the kidney scan go ?
Mom made blueberry muffins today ….mainly for her cousin for tomorrow but I managed to sneak one ….taste test of course….

As suspected, I have kidney stones in both kidneys. Now I have to see a urologist. It's ridiculous how many doctors I have to see.

I had a big breakfast of ham and eggs and toast, lunch was snacks, mainly. One of those Skippy bars and then a small cinnamon roll and piece of bacon from school breakfast. For supper we finished the Jansen's Temptation casserole hubby had made, with buttered peas and a bowl of berries with yogurt and a splash of maple syrup.

Hope your results are good for the CT scan.
I stayed home yesterday because of the four-inch rainfall. Boca burgers for lunch (with BBQ sauce!), hash browns for dinner (with jalapeño cheese! Wow, that was good!!). Grapes, fiber, yogurt!!

Hope your CT scan goes well and cousin #3 shows up.
We had lasagna last night for my oldest daughters birthday dinner. I gave her some to take home and still have a nice portion left for us for another night.

@LindaOHio egads not good news to hear that you have stones in both kidneys. Wonder if that's what caused all your UTI problems?

Hope the scan goes well. That's good she's coming over. Sounds like interesting meals. I had chicken and some potato chips for one meal, and then 2 slices of pizza.

@LindaOHio Well once in a while as a rare treat would be okay wouldn't it? I shouldn't' eat pizza myself, yet I still do. Well, shouldn't have the crust anyway...

I had tried dried fish with my grandma's suggestion.it was crunchy and good but too salty and unbearable smell all around.
