Happy Wednesday Everyone! started out as a rainy morning but all of a sudden the sun came out. We went from dull and dreary to bright and cheery. Dinner last night was fun and my older daughter was pleasantly surprised that I made lasagna (her favorite). She was expecting roasted chicken There was enough to send some home with her and enough for us to have for another meal. So. all that effort was worth it. She gave us all the details on her cruise and showed us pictures she didn't want to post on Facebook. Looked like a very nice cruise and she wasn't the least bit disappointed that the ship was rerouted to Canada due to the hurricane causing trouble in Bermuda. Seems as if there's a new hurricane brewing called Jerry. I don't know who comes up with the names for hurricanes but Jerry just seems less than scary. Guess time will tell in the next few days. I have a few things in my Amazon cart but am going to think about hitting the buy button. The prices are decent for Prime Days but it's the old "do I or don't I" need them. Finally was able to get an appointment with the dog groomer for Friday. Between our schedule and hers it's been overdue for weeks. Poor Mush is a mess and it's a good thing she can't look in a mirror Talked to my daughter in law this morning while I had my coffee and we caught up on family stuff, also returned a call to my friend but she wasn't home so I left a message. Here we are, past noon and the day is flying by. My daughter will be taking her lunch break shortly so my computer time will be short for now. Hope your day is going well
