Getting breather and some good news along the way

Hi everyone, I am still seen bobbing in and out of the club here. A few major stuff to share. 1. My boss knew that I was suffering from doing jobs that I am not qualified or able to do but still doing it anyway. Going forward, this would be given to another team with better qualification to do it. To help the team further, he will hire a technical specialist for this job. I was like "what. I had to figure everything by myself?" 2. The project that I had the most trouble was doing well. The auditors understood that this was the first time that we are doing it and given us a lot of leeway on this. Not going to be prefect nor it is going to look pretty. But at least as per promise to my boss, we should be able to get it. 3. The job that I had been waiting for months finally came back to announce that the board of directors had agreed to the headcount expansion. I served notice to my current company and will be in my new company within a month. Lets hope that everything turn out to be well. 4. I will be on leave on and off, so it meant that I would be able to come in on and off more as well.
