In for disappointment

I had ordered for two items the other day, online. The money was paid. But when I opened the box, one of the items was missing. Since the delivery boy had left, there was no way to contact the number. So under the 'rate order-food' I gave 2 stars, In the review I complained about it and asked for a partial refund. No reply, no apology nothing. This has happened for the first time. We have ordered several times earlier from the same restaurant. It might have happened because of rush or something but an apology would have sufficed if not a partial refund. So today, when I decided to lodge a complaint through the app directly, I found there's no space. I think I'll stop ordering from this place.

I think you are right to stop ordering from them. They had a chance to rectify this, and they did not.

That's why, when we order, there's usually a message that says to inspect the item before receiving it. Sometimes the item is exchanged for someone else's. So, we need proof of the invoice details and photos of the items we received, along with a compelling reason to get our money back.
