Brother rescues his sister who was inside a home on fire

Wyatt Kozowski was inside of his parents' home in Bennington Vermont on Wednesday October 8 he decided to stay home and take care of his 12 year old sister who was taking a nap.
I do not know the age of Wyatt, but he decided to stay home while his parents left the home to have dinner.
A fire broke out inside the Kozowski home, Wyatt took action to rescue his sister by getting her out of the burning home safely.
The family dog who is a golden doodle named Harley managed Harley was found curled up under a bed in the third floor safely.
The authorities believe that the cause of the fire was caused by a small propane tank
The Kozowski family will be spending time with other relatives for the time being until they can find another home.

Thank goodness Wyatt was alert and able to help his sister. He was old enough to know what to do.

I wonder if the boy was fooling around with the propane tank, and so caused the fire. I hope not.

I'm glad Wyatt was able to rescue his sister and the dog. I hope he wasn't the cause of the fire.

Most likely what happened is that the small propane tank was too old to be in the home.
