Left, right, left, right but actually it's all right!

Some time back I wrote about a farm called Cleomine. It was named after the owner’s racehorse which was unbeaten in the years 1923/24/25.
At the entrance to the farm is a windmill which, when it turns, activates the legs of a metal horse making it appear to gallop. We were told that just out of Mukinbudin there are three metal soldiers. Their right legs are connected to metal rods and again, when the attach ed windmill turns, the soldiers appear to march.
I don’t know how to attach a video but the two photos shows the soldiers with their legs in different positions. We had been past these soldiers before but they weren’t ‘marching’ at the time. Both models were made by the Men’s Shed in Mukinbudin.

That's very incentive. Just copy the video link and paste it in your discussion. I uploaded videos to YouTube to make it easy. Just remember if you have a photo attached to post then edit to add the video.

@Ronrybs I didn't write that very well but I think you understood anyway. When the wind blew, the little wooden man looked like he was chopping wood. You don't see too many chopping wood in gardens here. At least not in the city. In fact I think it's against the law to have a wood-burning room heater because of the pollution.

I like the idea of a windmill march with soldiers with their legs in different positions.
