I’m sure I’m not the only person whose inward parts sing songs and play tunes at the most inappropriate times. You know how embarrassing it can be when your digestive system gurgles and growls and there’s no disguising it. But mine speaks actual words to me. Last night things shifted about inside me and the resulting noise sounded like the words “It’ll be alright”. A reassuring message of course, no matter from where it may have emanated, but how curious. And it’s not only my guts that speak to me, the window wipers on my car also speak while they swish away water. “Down in Paris” they kept saying to me once, and when the rain started to fall more heavily the message changed to “Where are the trees?” Do your inward parts communicate with you?
