Dear all,
I just went to the Dr. yesterday, and I got good news in advance of my upcoming birthday. According to my blood work, I do not have diabetes.
My Dr. had been concerned because a fasting blood sugar during a previous test had been higher than expected.

I don't have diabetes either but my fasting blood sugar came back high. It's weird

@jnrdutton it might be but it just seems strange that my a1c (blood sugar) is in normal range but my fasting is high.

@Marilynda1225 yeah that absolutely is strange. Maybe talk to your Dr. about why that might be.
I did read that it could be early insulin resistance,B12 supplementation might help that.

Yeah, Courtney has had it for years and watching her manage it has made me extremely grateful not to have it. @porwest
I had been avoiding the blood work initially, but I'm glad I finally got it done.
