Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 58 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. It is too cold to put the top down or have the windows open. Today was a busy and weird one at work. The students took a quiz so I was busy grading them. I received 2 odd texts while I was there. First my mother sent me one saying she was so proud of how I "handled" my uncle's memorial gathering and how beautiful the wreath was. Thanks but it was on Sunday so why is she texting me about it on a Thursday? And I'm 48 years old. What did she think I was going to do? Fist fight someone? Then my ex texted me asking if I was using Bitdefender (anti-virus program) on my laptop. I'm not. I know he installed it years ago on the laptop I had when I lived at the house. My guess is that he is still getting billed for it. Oh and his uncle posted pictures of one of his aunt's wedding over the weekend. Apparently it was outside and cowboy themed so the whole family dressed the part. There was a woman standing next to him in the group picture so I'm assuming that's the new girlfriend. We don't discuss those things but I'd bet a lot of money that is who she is. It is pretty obvious to me when he is/isn't dating someone based on the content of his texts and his in-person behavior. I am surprised that I wasn't more upset to see it but like I said I already knew something was up. Anyway I am back at the apartment with the cat crew now. I am sitting down for a bit to catch up on the news and InternetLand. I don't have tutoring until 4pm so I will get the banana bread for the bake sale going before I start that. No big plans for the evening. I need to get to bed early because I have to be at work early tomorrow to set up the bake sale. I also have to stop and get gas on the way. I drove right past the Wawa on my way here thinking "that's a tomorrow NJChicaa problem." Oh it will be a problem alright. I NEVER learn. What's everyone else up to this afternoon?
