In reading several new videos on YouTube I found out that Diane died of pneumonia. I've had pneumonia a couple of times and it is no fun. Plus, she had suffered for years from Bolemia and had hereditary skin cancer. That is why she wore the large, brimmed hats and long sleeves. How sad. She must have had some real issues in her life to have had Bolemia. People had commented that they had noticed she had lost a lot of weight shortly before she passed away. She was quite a lady, I'm sorry to learn that she had these illnesses.

At least we can still see her in the movies she started in, I have the videos of both Father of the Bride movies and enjoy seeing her in those,

I miss her silliness on talk shows and her in movies. I'm glad we have her older ones to enjoy.
