I Cannot Recommend Arby's New Steak Nuggets

United States

I saw the ads promoting Arby's Steak Nuggets about a month ago and was waiting for them to come to the franchisees near me. I was excited for a high-protein option without needing any sides or anything. So today we got some. No, absolutely no. First of all, they're too expensive. 9 tiny pieces of steak cost $9.69. Second of all, they don't taste that great. They weren't chewy but I didn't care for the seasoning on them. So experiment failed and we will not buy them again.

Thanks for the review because I wondered about them. I don’t trust Arby’s a lot anyway, but steak “nuggets” sounded kind of appealing.

Right, I thought so too. I was really eager to try them.

Aside from the outrageous price, they sure don't look appealing. Thanks for the review.

I suppose it is the novelty value that gets people buying them

I saw these on the marquee, or whatever you want to call it, the other day at Arby's and I wondered about those. Glad you saved me the trouble.

Umm…they don’t even look very good. I think Arby’s should stick to their specialty roast beef.it works for them. I really don’t eat fast foods. But it’s like back when McDonald’s tried selling little pizzas. No one bought them, because they went to McDonald’s for burgers, not pizza.
