In the last few years removed work has completely change how people think about jobs many companies are offering flexible work from home option now. personally I feel removed jobs are better for life balance and give opportunities to people who cannot relocate easily like me but at the same time some says that remote jobs produce team bonding and learning slow of a new employees, what do you think will remove jobs become the new normal or will companies slowly return to office culture again

My brother-in-law works from home, which helps tremendously because he and my sister have three children, one being special needs. Working from home has been so beneficial, and although his company is local, he’s thinking about working for a national company out of Georgia. As we are on Oklahoma, working remotely is essential if he takes that job.

Remote jobs may initially feel relaxing but if it continues, it'll lead to stagnation of human growth. No personal interactions as in moving about just to chit chat with a colleague, or meeting the boss at his room, no movement as in taking a printout and getting mutiple copies of xerox if the one doing it is on leave, or having a quick snack outside the workstation, or taking the steps down to another room...... will deteriorate health.

It's only used occasionally here unless you're in another area. Remote jobs aren't as effective as in-office work.

No. At least not in the United States. Companies have determined it's a failure. We need to have some structure. When someone is left to their own devices, 99% of the time, productivity will not be as great as it is when you are in an office and someone is looking over your shoulder to make SURE you are performing at your utmost level.
