work environment, stress

Have you ever worked in an environment that is so toxic? Jealous colleagues because you are the best in your work and do not engage in office politics! This has been me lately for the last 3 months. People want you fired not because they will get your salary, but because you give it your all. I'm at crossroads on whether to resign or just give it a blind eye and deaf ears

Yes, I used to work with jealous colleagues. I'm glad I'm retired now and don't have to deal with that anymore. If you like the job, then keep it and ignore the people around you. Your boss is the only one you have to make happy. Good luck!

Fortunately I have never experienced how it feels working in such an environment Before starting my business I was working with a local company. The environment there was very friendly and co operative.

@aureliah I know. Some of my friends were employed in companies where there was very hostile environment. Finally they resigned and some of them are now trying to have their own business.

Yeah, office job I was in previously was like that. There were some real toxic personalities in there. If I faced that today, I would have handled it much differently. The most two faced person I have ever known worked there.

I've never been in that sort of situation with adults, but the last job I quit was because the children I was supposed to be in charge of behaved so horribly !

yes it is extremely difficult. The decision is work on my investments in the next few months, to ensure the passive income sustains me then I can quit
