we don't know if it will hit us, if it will be a hurricane or just rain. The meteorological service is less accurate than Grandma's bunions.
If it hits electricity will go down for weeks... like last year... I was off line for 25 days as there was no service.
Praying it ignores us.

Oh, I sure hope it doesn’t hit you—or anyone else either. Hurricanes are so very destructive!!

I sure hope it ignores you and everyone else for that matter. Nice that they have a female name for a change. It seems like they usually have a male name on them.

I know how you feel since when Hurricane Laura stuck Lake Charles in the summer of 2020, we lost electricity for about four weeks.
