Four Wall Township Police Officers responded to an emergency call from a woman who was walking her small dog named Sandy last week when Sandy fell into a storm drain.
The four police officers used a lockout tool to lock on Sandy's collar to pull her out of the storm drain safely.
Sandy managed to escape from her collar while her owner was taking her for a walk. Since the police officers did not have the time to contact the city officers to get the storm drain to be opened by the Department of Public Works or DPW, the police officers had to use another method to free the dog and reunite Sandy with her owner.

I'm sure glad we still live in a world where people help animals when they are in Paral. I hope the small dog wasn't too traumatized. Small dogs get so nervous.
