To train or not, that is the question now?

Good day
It rained all night, but today was a sunny day. I look forward to every sunny day, because I know that winter is coming soon.
Today is the feast of St. Petka, known as the patron saint of women, so I didn't do anything around the house, so I trained. Some old members may remember that I trained before. I had another break, but from today I'm back to regular training. I have to defy the years.
Are you training or doing any sports?

@RasmaSandra That's perfectly fine. I believe that exercising in your youth helped you stay vital, didn't you?

By "training", do you mean going to the gym? I started going to the gym recently, and then I started not feeling well, so I haven't been there in a while. I want to go back!

I don't go to the gym. I train at home, I have weights so I do weight exercises. Did you not enjoy training or is it something else?

@xstitcher You said you were going to the gym, but you weren't feeling well and weren't going now.

@Nevena83 Not as much as I used to be. I am also fighting the onset of old age.

I played football and hockey along with wrestling. Now I don't have time. I'm married now and have a grocery. I have to sustain my family that consists of my old father and mother. I'm now not as free as I used to be.

I try to get 10,000 steps a day. I sometimes fall short. The walking makes me feel really good.
