To train or not, that is the question now?

Good day
It rained all night, but today was a sunny day. I look forward to every sunny day, because I know that winter is coming soon.
Today is the feast of St. Petka, known as the patron saint of women, so I didn't do anything around the house, so I trained. Some old members may remember that I trained before. I had another break, but from today I'm back to regular training. I have to defy the years.
Are you training or doing any sports?

@RasmaSandra That's perfectly fine. I believe that exercising in your youth helped you stay vital, didn't you?

I do steps everyday sometimes outside, and sometimes on the treadmill.

@snowy22315 Yes, you can try. They say the best exercise is brisk walking.

I try to get 10,000 steps a day. I sometimes fall short. The walking makes me feel really good.

I played football and hockey along with wrestling. Now I don't have time. I'm married now and have a grocery. I have to sustain my family that consists of my old father and mother. I'm now not as free as I used to be.
