Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 50 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. It is supposed to be windy with some rain here and the high is just 57. Bring back summer!
I have work today. We are giving the PSATs which is annoying. Then we have shortened periods for the second half of the day. After work I have 2 hours of tutoring so that's an extra $91. 
Then because I am an overachiever I have to make a 3-layer Devil's Food Chocolate Cake for the staff bake sale at work tomorrow. For some reason I thought it was Friday but nope--it is tomorrow. 
I will be in bed early because I will have to finish the frosting and assemble the cake tomorrow morning. The ganache needs to chill for 8 hours before it can be whipped up.
So it will be a very busy day and evening today for me. What's everyone else up to?

I had lunch at home, and I'm getting ready to put a warm compress on my face because of my sinus pain.

That cake sounds sinfully good. I would be terribly tempted, so it's a good thing I am not there!
I remember PSAT...ACT's, etc. No, it's not fun days.
