We went out to watch a live game of cricket last week. I've been to live cricket match only a couple of times in the past. The game itself was quite good and exciting. Moments like this where the colors of the sunset were seen against the backdrop of the game made it more enjoyable When was he last time you saw a live sporting event?

It did take us quite a bit of effort to book the tickets and get to the venue.

That looks absolutely amazing. The last time I went to a sporting event was about 20 years ago, at a professional baseball game in Texas. It was the New York Yankees vs. the Texas Rangers. It was a lot of fun, but I kind of got tired out with all the walking. The parking situation was crazy so you had to walk miles to get to your car.

We took public transport that led almost all the way to the venue. It was super crowded though!!

Was it the Sydney match that you saw? It must have been pretty exciting. I too would love to watch a game at MCG or SCG. I once went to see a hockey match between India and Japan at Shivaji stadium back in the year 1989.

@pitstop Now T 20 series is tied 1-1 after 3 matches. Yet what we were enjoying here was the Women Teams' ODI World Cup Victory!

I think the last time I went to a live sporting event was when I was a senior in high school... around 35 years ago. I'm not a sports fan.

I wish I could go to more sports events. But it's not fun for everyone though - my wife and younger daughter were not interested.

@pitstop I went when I was in high school to visit with friends and, after a game, couldn't have told you anything that happened in the game itself.

I have never been to live sports event of national and International level. I have represented my team as athlete during school and college. Those were the times when I participated in live sports events. Never got an opportunity to see a live one.

We were lucky we chose seats at the higher level.
