Immigration... Whites Only

During Apartheid three chaps from South Africa were at a function. We were talking and they explained what life was like. I told them it was the same in New York. Although at the time it was disputed, today it has been proven. Trump has proven that America is a racist nation. Throwing out immigrants and people seeking refuge he opens the door to White South Africans. There is no 'genocide' or 'mass murders' of whites in South Africa. But the key word is 'white'. He can ship Haitians back to starvation and death, because they aren't white.

I am pretty sure that there is a form of racism in every nation. We have a friend who was born in La Réunion island, her father is black, her mother is white. She is white with blue eyes. She told me that she would never be safe on the Island even if her father is black, because the black population hates the white there.

@jaylar - Trump is a liar, he has always been a racist no matter what he said.

In Jamaica if you aren't mixed race, a member of your family or you marry someone who is. For example I went home for Xmas with a friend. Her mother was half white, half chinese, her father half black, half indian. If you look at the racial mix up of our Parliament you'll get the idea

In his first term Trump began by pretending not to be a racist. By the end he had no reason to pretend. In his second term he came in like and KKK member. This ignited the racism in the US, this removed the need to pretend.

America is quite different now after Trump started his second term in office. I never thought the US President had such authority to change even the basics they stood for all through history. Long term friends in Europe are isolated to start with. And Canada is also hit.

those who can speak out are silent. Trump has over stepped but they are afraid of him. The good thing is that those in other parts of the world are ending their dependancy on the US. They are making new deals, forming new relationships.

America in general isn't racist. Trump and Stephen Miller absolutely are. A not-small % of the MAGA cult is too.

I have been to the US, seen racism on various levels. Due to 'political correctness' it is hushed. Now with Trump, it shouts.
