No comment, I am beyond mad!

In August Trump had the Rose Garden at The White House paved over so his "rich" friends wouldn't get their shoes dirty and track dirt into the Oval Office!
Then him and his buddies pulled up $250 million dollars to renovate the East Wing (the original part of The White House into a ballroom when the building already has one.
When that money could be used to feed people!
But as it turns out it is reported that he demolished the East Wing!
A judge told him that he had to go into the contingency fund and give people their food stamps!
Then he renovated the Lincoln bathroom!
Then says, "If you can't go to a doctor, he will save a dance for you"
That is why I entitled this discussion, "No comment" because it is against the rules to use the words on how I really feel!

Him destroying half of the white house is making many mad even his own side.
You are right though we cannot talk about it because against their rules. Doctors are not doctors if they not being honest and if they not honest , Well this country is screwed.
Its the one thing I always loved about Navy Doctors. Big bad Marines, no one crossed them and you could depend on the truth. Generals of Marines could run to a Navy Doctor and they could override them. There was a honor in the whole system that is being destroyed now.

@dfollin Many want to use that language but again we not allowed, meanwhile a terrorist is in the white house and they worried about language.. People are mad and they trying to figure out a way to do this respectfully and I do not know if you can.
Their side would not even care.

Just for historical purposes, the original East Wing of the White House was built in 1902. In 1942, major renovations were done to the East Wing by President Franklin Roosevelt. The East Wing saw demolition, and massive equipment to dig out a NEW BASEMENT added to house the Presidential Emergency Operations Center. The East Wing was completely gutted and remodeled, and expanded and served an entirely new purpose than it was used for when it was originally added in 1902.
I wonder if anyone watched in horror then as Franklin Roosevelt made the East Wing an entirely unrecognizable space within the White House?
Probably not. Such horror is only reserved for Donald Trump.
As for that $250 million you speak of that could be used to feed people. There are 42 million people on SNAP. Take that $250 million and each person in the program gets $5.95. I am sure two gallons of milk won't keep anyone from starving.
As for major renovations, additions and demolitions to the White House? It has been done 11 times by 11 different presidents. But of course, no outrage then. We only reserve that for Donald Trump when he does it.

Well that $250 million sure would have helped plus all the other they spent on all the food at the party! I don’t know exactly what the other 11 presidents did to the East Wing but I am sure it wasn’t done while this country was in need and they didn’t have the moto saying how they were going to make this country great!

@dfollin But the Republicans aren't responsible for the shut down. As for the ballroom, I think it will add to the White House and become a great venue to host dignitaries and guests. Going forward, once it is completed, I guarantee that ballroom will become a hallmark of White House hosts of leaders from around the world.

I don't follow a lot of political stuff, but it's out there so much now, I learn without looking for it. I definitely want to know what is going on and this one is really making me concerned. I wish there was something in place the people could vote him back out. It's really scary for the U.S. right now.

You’re forgetting he threw a huge Halloween party packed with only the best-of-the-best foods and desserts for his richety-rich friends the night before millions of Americans were/and/are about to lose their SNAP benefits.
(My work alerts me to these things and I’d really prefer not to know.)
Again, don’t know much about politics but I do know the basics.
Isn’t it the President’s job to protect the country in times of crisis?
