Who is capable of such cruelty?

Recently an ownerless female dog has been coming to my door. You may find it strange that I'm not calling her b...h. This word sounds impolite and it is often used by noisily quarelling women. Perhaps I should give her a name. She has a light yellowish body with white spots. What makes her look special is a white 'tika' on her forehead. Lets call her "Julia". Julia comes but doesn't beg. I believe she comes because as she gets hungry. I give her whatever food I can. She probably feels more hungry as she is pregnant. This morning as I led our foster home children through free hand workout I saw Julia limping. She was walking in three legs with her right front leg lifted. How could she have got a hurting leg? Dogs don't hurt each other. No one else but a "inhuman" being could be so cruel. Just look around, proofs are there for all to see , only our species is capable of such cruelty upon other members of humankind and animals.

Dogs will and do get into fights over food and territory. She could have gotten into a fight with another dog over scraps someone gave them. That's the reason I keep asking @vandana7 to be very careful when she's passing out food/scraps to the dogs she's befriended. Hungry dogs could easily start fighting over the food she's passing out and vanny could get hurt, too.

I´m quite afraid of street dogs for several reasons. But what I do is to call a place where they can take care for it and find a home.
