Who will win the governor's race here in New Jersey?

It is election day! This is an off-year as it is just 1 year after the presidential election but New Jersey and Virginia are weird and have elections for governor the year *after* it. There is also a big mayoral race in New York City. Obviously I pay attention to politics. Obviously I was always going to vote for the Democrat candidate for governor Mikie Sherrill. That being said I have to say that her opponent Jack Ciattarelli has been running some pretty devastating ads against her. She is shown as not being able to come up with a response to a question about what her first priority would be as governor. The ad has been run over and over and over again. Last I saw the polling showed the race basically as a dead heat. I'm not surprised. New Jersey is generally a blue state but there definitely are red areas (like where I live) and the state could definitely go either way. We bounce back and forth between Republican and Democrat governors. We unfortunately had Chris Christie (R) for 8 years and we've had Phil Murphy (D) for 8 years. It will be interesting to see who wins. Of course I voted for Mikie Sherrill. I texted my ex this morning to remind him that it was election day and to tell him to go cancel out my vote. He responded that he already had.
