Received a KitchenAid Ice Cream Maker attachment kit

One of my pool buddies texted me today to see if I wanted the ice cream maker attachment for a KitchenAid. She is a pastry chef and knows how much I cook, bake, etc. My immediate response was yes. It was like an involuntary reaction. I already have a Cuisinart Ice Cream Maker with 2 freezer inserts. Did I really need the KitchenAid version? Nah but I'm a freak in the kitchen and clearly can't get enough cooking/baking supplies. The only other accessory set I have for my KitchenAid is the pasta roller set. That is something that is expensive but I definitely use. The ice cream maker isn't something that I would buy. Still I'm happy to have it. What I really want next is the meat grinder and sausage stuffer attachments. I don't eat sausage because I don't do mystery meat but I totally would eat it if I made it myself. I will have to clear out some space in the freezer to try out this new KitchenAid collection. It will be peppermint or egg nog ice cream. Tis the season!
