Time Flies When You're Having Fun

Happy Wednesday Everyone! we have sunshine, decent temperatures in the 60s but we're under a wind advisory until tomorrow. I can see the trees blowing when I look out the window but so far doesn't seem to be as bad as they are saying. This day is already flying by. I have things I want to do and the morning seems to have disappeared. I just finished my breakfast and I almost forgot to eat I was lost in some discussions while I had my coffee and then I glanced at the time. In less than an hour my daughter will be taking her lunch break. I've been working simultaneously on two crocheting projects for two different customers. One is a red sparkle scarf and that's nearly finished. The other is a reading blanket in black, gray and white variegated which comes out really nice when it's done. She wants the blanket a little longe than I usually make but at least she isn't in a hurry and I have a few weeks to get it done. After having trouble with my arm and shoulder a few weeks ago I have to be careful not to overdo it and flair it up again. Next week we scheduled a pickup for donation so I have a little bit of time to pack up the boxes I'm going to send as well as possibly finding other things to get rid of. Last night my older daughter came over to hang out and she's a bit bruised and achy from the accident she and her husband had on Saturday when they hit a deer on the highway. She gave us all the gory details and yes, they are very lucky they weren't seriously hurt. The insurance company is doing an inspection today so then they'll have an idea of what it will cost plus how long they'll be without the car. That about sums up what's happening here today.
