Chicken and hot sauce for lunch , then we hit the shops ….

So, today I went out for lunch with Mom and Barbara, her 90 year old neighbour. We went to a local pub. Mom and I had chargrilled chicken with fries and peas, Mom had gravy and I had hot sauce. Barbara didn’t want much …..she has a very small appetite …so she just had potato and leek soup with a slice of bread. We each had fresh orange juice. Then we went to a shop called Home Bargains …. I got a candle …..yes, I know, I know , I have so many already, but I am ever so slightly addicted …..also I got biscuits for Grandson, some nice body wash for me and Grandaughter, and salted peanuts for The Mister. I also saw a couple of things which I will get next time I go, something for Mom and something for Barbara , so I couldn’t really get them today. All in all we had a lovely afternoon.
