I'm supposed to check my lipid profile.one of my friend laughed and called me crazy. But I know how much I eat in a day and how many calories I burn. When came to understand many things through social media...I am not neglecting anything related to health... Is there any gaurantee that Lean individuals have proper balance on their lipids?

I have no idea. I'm not a doctor. Things you see on social media often aren't true or accurate. You can't believe most people on social media. If you're worried about your lipid profile, you need to check with your doctor.

I don't think here any doctor takes patients seriously until they land into a critical situation.what i felt is ...health awareness videos are helping alot many people recent times.

@Kusumakrishna Then your doctor isn't very good. My doctor listens to me and explains things if I don't understand. And her explanations aren't what you find in a lot of videos online.

@DaddyEvil Oh...really nice.here doctors will only attend when the patients land into some surgical procedure. So here most of the patients are opting Ayurvedh or homeo mostly ,that treats over all illness in our body.

There's no guarentee of anything in life. It doesn't matter if you're fat or skinny. You should take your health seriously. You don't need to obess over the details, but knowing what's normal, is important so you can prevent serious illness before it happens. People who are ath letic, and are active often have a lower resting heart rate for example, then someone who's more sedenitary. Something like this, while normal and good for the person, can be a red herring in an emergency setting where an illness might cause it to spike, but it looks "normal" by basic medical standards. So, yes check them. Learn what's normal. Take note what changes you have when you feel ill. It'll help keep you happy and healthy.

@Kusumakrishna You and millions of other people. "healthy eating" is totally suggestive. Diets trends foods... moderation is key.

Even lean people need to check their lipid profile. Heredity conditions can affect people who even appear to be healthy. I know a woman who exercised and ate right, but still had high cholesterol because it ran in her family. So she did her best to fight it, but she still had to be on medication for it.

The brain will respond to which part is not okay, if you feel that something is wrong with your body, you should consult a specialist doctor.

Lean individuals should have their lipid profile checked, as body weight does not guarantee healthy cholesterol levels. My husband is skinny and has high cholesterol, it's genetic.

The majority requirement is fitness on the part of the lady or person. If they are free from diseases it does not matter whether they have looks of obesity or thin appearance
