Winner winner chicken dinner ….well, it is Sunday !

So as you will have guessed for our Sunday roast today we had chicken.
With ….roast potatoes. Carrots, cauliflower, sage and onion stuffing, and of course gravy.
For pudding Mom and I had home made apple and blackberry pie, using apples from our garden, blackberries that I collected a few weeks ago and it was all encased in a brioche wrap. We had custard with that.
The Mister had mint choc chip ice cream.
What have you had for your meals today ?

I made a hot ham and cheese sandwich for breakfast this morning. It's still too early for me to eat lunch or think about dinner. (I'm thinking possibly broccoli and cheese soup for late lunch. Pretty is still asleep so I have no idea what she might want.)
I would pass on the pie but the chicken dinner sounds delicious!

Roasts always make a good meal. We're just finished up leftovers from a pork roast.

That all sounds so good. Yesterday I had a PB&J for lunch and Stouffer's Lasagna for dinner.
