Were you ever a fan of Downton Abbey?

I have started watching that on Prime Video. I must be on an English kick, yesterday with Harry Potter and today with Downton. This is one of the things I have been interested in watching but never got around to it. It's cold out there. I see some Downton in my future. My mother watched a predecessor to that..Upstairs Downstairs. Do y ou ever watch British shows? Some subscribe to Britbox.

I've seen Downton. I like the premise of Upstairs Downstairs too; but I don't think I've seen that one. I have the BBC channel on my TV.

@snowy22315 I remember going to the Biltmore Estate in NC and seeing how the "help" lived. It was downstairs; and each person had a room the size of a closet.

It lasted for several years, and just recently I realized that they had a movie which was a grand finale.

@snowy22315 - I avoid all shows that last for years. I like movies because I see a beginning and a ending on the same day.
