We got the last mixer ….whoo hoo !

So yesturday I posted that Mom had seen a stand mixer that she wanted.
We know that we only have a small Lidl so they don’t have many of anything and she wanted a cream colour, so we got up early and got there as soon as we could.
Yay !
We managed to get the last cream mixer.
Mom is happy.
It does look really good.
I was going to get one too but obviously I was out of luck. Fingers crossed that The Mister will take me to another store at the weekend ….hopefully they will still have some left.

I'm waiting for your mom to tell you it's time you learned how to make all the good things so you're the one using the new mixer.

I’m pleased too. I got her a Christmas present ….albeit a bit early ….and she doesn’t very often say that she would like anything in particular .

I had a stand mixer for about a year. That thing was so huge and heavy. I thought I would use it all the time, but I never did. I resold it for more money.

It’s good that you were able to sell it ….and even made money.
Mom bakes every week sometimes more than once so I know that this will be used often.

You can use a manual whip to mix cream. Of course I use a blender.

You can I know, but as I said these things are making Moms wrist hurt these days. You can’t really make cake mix in a blender ….
