Tomorrow I will make some soup

Last year at about this time I made several kinds of soup and froze them in portions for us. That worked out really well. I have about a third of a gallon of home made turkey bone broth, and then I have been reading about Chicken taco soup, or something like that. It is mostly made with cans from the shelf, and I have a lot of those. I will watch the sodium and try to use some sodium free things. It will involve beans, and chicken and corn and tomatoes, including at least one can of Rotel tomatoes, which have green chilies in them. I will chop an onion in it, as well. You are supposed to season it with taco seasoning and eat it with tortilla chips. Top it with shredded cheese. I like the convenience of having prepared foods. My clinical trial doctor says not to skimp on the protein, though so the home made bone broth is a good addition. At this point that is the extent of my plans for tomorrow. How about you?
