@sathviksouvik Do you ever take your family to play in the snow? I'm not impressed by snow and ice anymore. That's for young people to enjoy. (Not having to deal with/drive in snow and ice was the one thing that makes me happy with retirement. Pretty still tries to make me drive her to the grocery store in the snow but I tell her if she wants something that bad, she can walk to the grocery store and leave me alone! ) I wouldn't classify 10C as "winter" here.

@DaddyEvil yes DE I also have no fascination for snow. I did one LLM in Warwick University and in Warwick I found snow in dec jan and temp going down to 20 degree celsius. I did another llm in Case school of law Ohio USA where temperature went down to minus 37 degree. I saw how people face problems with snow during office time. In calcutta there is no winter at all. You are right. Just because the ganges river is close there is some cool wind. I cannot take the children in snow because now it term time no holidays. Darjeeling is 650 km far from calcutta
