George and I will be leaving for the hospital a little less than an hour. We were told to check in by 11, but because ride share is unpredictable, I have to make time for that. Because he's being put under, even for a short while, he cannot drive home. I can't drive, not legally anyway, even if I technocally know how. The hospital says he must have a driver, and not to use ride share, but I think that polocy was under the assumption that patients who come in for thease outpatient procedures, are alone and won't have help. He won't be. I'll be there and I'll be with him.
