It's Funny How Things Work Out

Happy Thursday Everyone! another chilly day but thankfully not freezing cold.
I was going to run some errands yesterday but it was raining and I just didn't want to deal with rain so I decided to postpone my errands to today.
I was having my coffee when my older daughter called and said she had to go to the post office to mail a few things and did I need anything.
How did she know that my main purpose for going out was to mail some packages.
So, she popped over, took my stuff and even stayed for a quick cup of coffee.
Now my day is my own and I really don't have to go out.
A good start to my day with a quick visit from my daughter.
It's funny how things work out isn't it. If I had gone out I would have stopped at a few other places and spent money that I'm not spending today since I'm staying home.

Well, guess it was it good she showed up. You would have but you also would have gotten some fresh air and a bit of exercise.

I'd rather spend my time doing other things than standing in line at the post office.

That is always the best when it works out this way.
We’re back in Arizona, about two hours away from where we stop for the night. We left around 4:30am since everyone was up already.
