Vitamin C and cough syrup …. And The Mister is poorly

I started taking Vitamin C tablets yesturday and so far I think they have kept the cold at bay.
I did have to go into town to get some more cough syrup though.
Not really shifting the cough at the moment.
The Mister ….who is NEVER ill has not worked again today. He went to the pharmacy this afternoon to get something for his cough and also the sickness that he has been feeling.
We hate being ill.

Please tell your hubby that I'm sorry he isn't feeling well and still has to put up with you. 
I don't know anybody who LIKES feeling sick but there are a lot of people who won't guard against sharing germs and getting sick.

He left as usual on Monday morning , but once there he has to stay , he gets his digs money paid for and would lose that if he came home, also as soon as he is better he can start work straight away…..otherwise it means getting up two and a half earlier if he goes from home.

I'm so sorry you two are ill. I saw the commercial for the OTC med I was talking about. It's Zicam but must be taken at the start of the cold to lessen the illness. I hope you and the Mister feel better soon.
