I Have a Question...

As everyone probably knows I am an avid television watcher. I have a Roku television and about 5 apps plus the free ones and, of course, YouTube that I watch. In the evening, I turn the lights off and am in my room cuddled in bed watching the television. The Roku has a black remote as is common in most remotes. I have freaked out several times not being able to find the black remote in the dark. Of course, these remotes nowadays have the ability to help you find itself, right? Mine doesn't. So I am left scrambling for mine repeatedly. I am wondering why any of these manufacturers doesn't make a WHITE remote. It would be so much easier to find one if it were white. Don't other families turn off the overhead lights to watch movies or is it just me?

We usually have the lights on. But you could try putting some light colored tape on it

I was gonna suggest putting some white nail polish on it...

@BarBaraPrz That would work to. Maybe even some glow in the dark.

My TV reflects enough light to see the black remote.

When I had TV and watched it, I left the lights on. That's one thing I don't like about going to the cinema. (The other is the lack of volume control.)

They have glow-in-the-dark tape you could be a strip down the side.

As others have suggested, you could put some white tape or nail polish on it.
