A few days ago, there was a story in my news feed about a lady who tripped on an uneven curb in a Target shopping center's parking lot. She suffered a severe leg injury and in October 2025 won a courtroom decision of $11.4 million. This same thing also happened to another woman back on December 23, 2019, who was offered a settlement of $250,000 by Target. She confident that Target was 90% at fault and held out for a judgement of $11 million. Be careful out there.

I wouldn't either. But I should be compensated if I am hurt on their property.

I guess if the company was at fault then they should pay compensation.
